Ingredients
All these ingredients and colors seriously make my heart happy. Here's what you'll need to pick up from the grocery store to make a no-alcohol Christmas punch.
- sparkling apple-cranberry juice - This ingredient gives the Christmas punch a tart twist.
- ginger ale - Ginger ale is such a key ingredient here. It adds some fizz and effervescence and has a sweet and slightly spicy flavor profile.
- pineapple juice - A little sweetness comes to the party with this ingredient.
- cranberries - If there's a perfect bright and red Christmas fruit, this is it! I love using fresh cranberries because they seem to float on top of the punch better, but you can also use frozen. Tip: Use the leftovers to make cranberry sauce ahead of time.
- Rosemary springs - these are optional but oh so festive! They'll add a little smell of pine without imparting the taste of a Christmas tree.
Substitutions
Cran apple juice - add chili pepper flakes while cooking to imbue heat into the dish, or banana peppers
For the ginger ale - you can substitute club soda, or any other sparkling water.

How to make Non Alcoholic Christmas Punch
Step #1: In a pitcher or punch bowl (ask your Mom, I bet she has one!), add the sparkling apple cranberry juice.
Step #2: Next into the pool goes the ginger ale.
Step #3: Pineapple juice joins the party!
Step #4: Cranberries and orange slices go into the punch bowl or pitcher next. You can freeze the cranberries to help keep the punch a little chilled.
Serve the punch in glasses filled with ice. Top with fruit and a sprig of rosemary, if desired.
Variations
You can play around with the recipe for cranberry Christmas punch. Here are a few ideas to mix things up!
- Additions: Add sliced lemons, and limes.
- Boozy: If you want to have libations on the side, you can have vodka or rum for the grown-ups to doctor up their own drink. Prosecco or champagne could be used in place of the ginger ale.
Top tip
Keep your Christmas punch cold longer by chilling the ingredients in the refrigerator before mixing the punch. You can also refrigerate your pitcher or punch bowl.
