Roast Beef Roll Ups with Horseradish Cream Sauce are perfect for a hearty lunch or as a meal on the go!
I’m one of those people who think horseradish and roast beef are a match made in heaven. I’m pretty sure I got that from my dad!
But if horseradish isn’t your thing, just use the other ingredients to make the sauce for these roast beef roll ups.
How to Make Roast Beef Roll Ups

To make these tortilla roll ups, I use 12 inch flour tortillas.
My favorite store bought tortillas, hands down, are the Tortilla Land brand. You actually cook them yourself and they are fresh and delicious!
Nope, this is not a sponsored post. I just take my tortillas and all things Tex Mex very seriously.
Or, go crazy and make your own tortillas. We all seem to be baking up a storm these days!
I use leftover roast beef from pot roast, Instant Pot Sauerbraten or French dip sandwiches. If you don’t have leftover roast laying around, roast beef from the deli is perfectly acceptable.
If you’re making these as a field meal or packed in a lunch, I add the lettuce as the bottom layer (next to the tortilla) and then put on the sauce so the roast beef roll ups don’t get soggy.
How to Make Horseradish Cream Sauce
I use Greek yogurt in the horseradish cream sauce. You know, trying to keep things healthier and all.
But in a pinch, or if you prefer, you can use sour cream.
Mix equal parts Greek yogurt and mayonnaise. Add just a smidge of horseradish sauce.
Trust me, you won't need much.
If you're planning to make these and serve them right away, I like to make the horseradish cream sauce in advance so the flavors can blend.
But if you gotta eat now, don't sweat it. It's not a deal breaker.
