Air fryer corn on the cob is quick, juicy, and perfectly tender in minutes. A simple, delicious summer side dish without boiling water or fuss!

If you’re craving juicy, sweet corn on the cob but don’t want to babysit a giant pot of boiling water, this air fryer method is your new best friend. It delivers perfectly cooked, slightly crisp, golden-tender corn in about 15 minutes and tastes like it came straight from a roadside farm stand.
Growing up, corn on the cob was a summer staple. My grandma would bring us fresh ears from their farm and we'd shuck them on the front porch.
If your grill is full, your stovetop is crowded, or you just don’t feel like fussing, air fryer corn on the cob saves the day.
Why you'll love this recipe
Fast & Easy – No huge pot of water to boil, no waiting for said water to come to a boil.
Perfect for Busy Nights – This is the easiest 10-minute side dish—great for weeknights when dinner needs to happen quickly.
Tastes Like Summer – Is that possible? I think it is! These tender kernels turn slightly caramelized in the air fryer, giving the corn a rich, sweet flavor you don’t get from boiling.
Customizable – Salt and butter are classic, but you can dress this up with chili-lime, garlic butter, Parmesan cheese or whatever your family loves.
