For the roast beef Wrap
- 4 12 " flour tortillas

Slightly warm tortillas so they're pliable.

Wrap by folding the sides in and then rolling, burrito style until closed.
Substituions
- Tortillas - substituting a whole grain tortilla or a low-carb variety. Or, go crazy and make your own tortillas. We all seem to be baking up a storm these days!
- Horseradish - this isn’t everyone’s cuppa tea. Omit if that’s your preference, or your family members preference.
- Lettuce - use any type of lettuce, mixed greens or baby spinach
Make ahead tip: If you're planning to make these and serve them right away, I like to make the horseradish cream sauce in advance so the flavors can blend.
On the go meal or lunchbox - If you’re making these as a field meal or packed in a lunch, I add the lettuce as the bottom layer (next to the tortilla) and then put on the sauce so the roast beef roll ups don’t get soggy.
