- As I write this, eggs are super expensive. This is one of those recipes where we can use something other than an egg. Try using 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed with 3 tablespoons water as a flaxseed "egg" and let it sit for 5 minutes before adding to the meatloaf.
How to make meatloaf in the air fryer
Before we get started, preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Step 1: Prep & Mix.
Meanwhile, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire, and seasonings in a large bowl.
Be careful not to over-mix—just enough to bring everything together.
