You'll only need a few simple ingredients to make these tasty baked sausages.

- Italian sausage links - Italian sausages come in different varieties, including sweet (mild), hot (spicy), and mild. The choice of variety depends on your preference for heat and flavor. Hot Italian sausages contain red pepper flakes or other spices to add heat, while sweet sausages have a milder taste.
How to make baked Italian sausages

Step 1: Cut the bell peppers into strips. Toss with the olive oil and spices.

Step 2: Add seasoned peppers and Italian sausages on a large sheet pan.
Place your Italian sausages in the oven and allow them to cook at 350°F for X minutes.
Flip them halfway through the cooking time if you want them to brown on both sides. And I think you do 😉 .

Step 3: Use a meat thermometer to ensure the sausages reach 165°F. Remove, allow to rest for a few minutes and serve them up!

- 2 bell peppers cut into strips
- ½ Tablespoon olive oil
- 4 Italian Sausage links
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Wash peppers and dry thoroughly. Cut peppers into strips.
- In a medium bowl toss together the peppers, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder mix to coat evenly.
- Place peppers and Italian sausages on a rimmed baking sheet. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping the sausages halfway through the cooking time.
