Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers cut into strips
  • ½ Tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 Italian Sausage links
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Wash peppers and dry thoroughly. Cut peppers into strips.
  • In a medium bowl toss together the peppers, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder mix to coat evenly.
  • Place peppers and Italian sausages on a rimmed baking sheet. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping the sausages halfway through the cooking time.
  • Check to ensure they're cooked thru to a temperature of 160-165°F with an instant read meat thermometer.
