- ¾ cup rolled oats old fashioned oats
- ¾ cup 2% milk
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup optional but delicious
- 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
