Ingredients

  • non-stick cooking spray or butter
  • 2 cups brown rice rinsed under cold water
  • 3 ⅓ cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Spray the inside of your cooker with non-stick spray or coat lightly with butter.
  • Add 2 cups brown rice, 3 ⅓ cups chicken or vegetable broth and 1 Tablespoon olive oil. Stir to combine. 
  • Cook on high, stirring once until rice is fluffy, 2-4 hours.

Notes
