Ingredients

  • 2 bunches asparagus washed and trimmed on end
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  • On a sheet pan with sides, toss the asparagus with the oil, then season with salt and pepper. Spread in the pan.
  • Cook until the asparagus is just cooked through and tender, about 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle immediately with parmesan cheese.
