- 5 chocolate cream filled cookies a common brand is Oreo
- ⅓ cup milk
- 1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
Place four oreo cookies into an 8 ounce microwave safe mug.
Use a fork to break the oreos into crumbs.
Add the milk, flour, cocoa cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, vanilla and salt into the mug and stir until combined.
Place the last oreo on top of the cake batter and press down so that the oreo is just submerged in the batter.
Place the mug into the microwave and microwave for 1 minute.
Leftovers: This oreo mug cake can be covered and stored at room temp for 1 day.
