Ingredients

  • 16 ounces leftover pulled pork or store bought
  • 1.5 cup prepared coleslaw
  • 4 large flour tortilla
  • 4 Tablespoons bbq sauce optional

Instructions

  • Warm pulled pork in the microwave or in a small pot on the stovetop over medium heat.
  • Lay tortilla on your work surface. Spoon ¼ of the pulled pork down the center, leaving space of least an inch on each side.
16 ounces leftover pulled pork, 4 large flour tortilla
  • Spoon ¼ of the coleslaw on top of the pulled pork.
    1.5 cup prepared coleslaw
  • Fold the bottom of the tortilla up. Wrap the left and right sides of the tortilla in and then roll, burrito style until the pulled pork wrap is enclosed. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  • Serve with additional bbq sauce, if desired.

Notes

Optional Additions: Shredded cheddar cheese, fresh cilantro, French fried onions, or additional barbecue sauce are all delicious additions.
Serving: These pork wraps are best served fresh. If you're making them ahead of time, I'd leave off the coleslaw or they'll get soggy and won't reheat well.
