- 24 ounces Hawaiian rolls (24 rolls)
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked and shredded
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tablespoons ranch dressing plus more for serving if desired
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Do not separate the rolls. Slice the 24 ounces Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half on a rimmed baking sheet.
Spread 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese in an even layer over the bottom of the Hawaiian rolls.
In a large bow, combine 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (shredded) with 1 cup buffalo wing sauce. Toss to evenly coat the chicken.Spread the chicken mixture over the cheese. Add the top half of the buns. Brush the tops of the rolls with 2 Tablespoons ranch dressing
Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are toasty.
About the buns: Not all Hawaiian rolls are the same size. Look at the package - you'll want 24 slider buns if you're making the full recipe.
Make ahead: These can be prepped ahead of time and refrigerated until baking time.
Leftovers: Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat at 325°F in the oven. You can microwave them too but they'll be incredibly soft.
