- 16 Tablespoons unsalted butter (2 sticks)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pound powdered sugar
Combine 16 Tablespoons unsalted butterer and 1 cup creamy peanut butter in microwave-safe bowl; microwave in 30-sec intervals, stirring until smooth.Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. In a large bowl, add 1 pound powdered sugar; pour in peanut butter mixture and stir until creamy.
Line an 8×8″ pan with foil/parchment; spread mixture in, smoothing top. Create swirl if desired.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Lift out using the overhang, cut into squares, and serve.
Stovetop version: For a stovetop version combine the peanut butter and butter in a medium saucepan on the stove over medium low heat and stir until completely melted and combined in Step 1.
