  • Fill a large pot halfway with water. Add a teaspoon of salt and the egg noodles.
  • Cook until the noodles are tender. Drain the water and place the noodles in a bowl.
  • In a large bowl, toss cooked egg noodles with butter.  Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, shredded Parmesan, salt, pepper.

Notes

For a pop of color you can top with chopped parsley. Our kids like it without!
We like serving these with peas.
