Buffalo Chicken Crescent Rolls

These Buffalo Chicken Crescent Rolls are absolutely mouth watering with the perfect flavor combination and ready in 25 minutes. From the zing of buffalo sauce, the smooth and creamy cream cheese and buttery crescent rolls, they're nothing short of delicious.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cooked and shredded chicken
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro optional
  • 2 8-ounce tubes of crescent rolls
  • Celery for a side
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked and shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and cilantro. Use a spatula to mix all ingredinets together until creamy and the cream cheese and buffalo sauce are incorporate.
  • Roll out the crescent rolls and separate them. Use a spoon to equally portion chicken onto crescent roll triangles. Smooth the mixture out evenly.
  • Roll the crescent rolls, starting with the larger end and ending with the smaller end. Complete this with all 16 rolls.
  • Place filled rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes or until the rolls are light golden brown.
  • Cool slightly and serve celery sticks and dressing of choice on the side.

Notes

If you prefer a different kind of meat, try using ground beef, ground turkey or ground pork for a different flavor profile!
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
To reheat, pop them into the oven at 300°F until heated through or reheat them in the air fryer.
If microwaved to reheat, they will soften considerably.
These can be made, baked and frozen for later.
