Ingredients

  • ½ cup fat free Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 4 cups broccoli florets cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 Tablespoon chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • 2 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  • To make the dressing: Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar in a medium sized bowl.
  • Add the broccoli and red onions to the dressing. Use a large spoon to coat the broccoli in the dressing.
  • Add the cranberries, sunflower seeds, and bacon. Stir gently to mix.
  • Season with salt and black pepper, if desired. Refrigerate until time to serve.

Notes

Dried cherries can be substituted for the craisins/dried cranberries
Storage: Refrigerate leftovers for 2-3 days in an airtight container.
