- ½ cup fat free Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 4 cups broccoli florets cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 Tablespoon chopped red onion
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup roasted sunflower seeds
- 2 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
To make the dressing: Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar in a medium sized bowl.
Add the broccoli and red onions to the dressing. Use a large spoon to coat the broccoli in the dressing.
Add the cranberries, sunflower seeds, and bacon. Stir gently to mix.
Season with salt and black pepper, if desired. Refrigerate until time to serve.
Dried cherries can be substituted for the craisins/dried cranberries
