Baked Pepperoni Dip

Cheesy goodness is the name of the gamed in this cheesy Pepperoni Dip recipe. All the flavors of pepperoni pizza, in an appetizer recipe, perfect for game day and the holidays!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 14 ounces pizza sauce
  • 6 ounces pepperoni slices cut into quarters
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.  Grab your favorite small baking dish or 9 inch pie plate. Evenly spread the cream cheese on the bottom of the dish. 
  • Spread the pizza sauce over the cream cheese. Add half of the pepperoni and sprinkle over the pizza sauce. Layer the cheese over the top of the pepperoni and pizza sauce. Top with remaining pepperoni pieces.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until mozzarella cheese has melted and the dip begins to bubble around the edges. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  • Serve with pita chips, tortilla chips, baguette slices or crackers

Notes

If you don't have pizza sauce, feel free to substitute marinara sauce.
