- 2 pound boneless pork loin roast trimmed
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Remove the pork loin from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.
Pat dry with paper towels and trim excess fat if needed.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the pork loin.
