Ingredients

  • 2 pound boneless pork loin roast trimmed
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Remove the pork loin from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Pat dry with paper towels and trim excess fat if needed.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the pork loin.
  • Place pork loin in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes.
  • Flip and continue cooking another 10-12 minutes.
  • Check the thickest part with an instant-read thermometer.
  • Remove when the internal temperature reaches 140-145°F.
  • Rest 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
