Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

Air fryer corn on the cob is quick, juicy, and perfectly tender in minutes. A simple, delicious summer side dish without boiling water or fuss!

Ingredients

  • 4 ears sweet corn husked and silks removed
  • 2 Tablespoons butter melted
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Husk the corn and remove as much silk as possible.
  • Brush each ear with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the corn in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and lightly golden.
  • Add additional butter and seasoning before serving, if desired.

  • Frozen corn: Add 2–3 extra minutes to the cook time.
  • Don’t have butter? Olive oil works great.
  • Too long to fit? Trim the ends or break the cobs in half.
  • Flavor ideas: Try chili-lime butter, garlic parmesan, or ranch-seasoned butter.
  • Storage: Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–4 minutes.
