Mexican Fruit Salad

This Mexican Fruit Salad Recipe is perfect for a quick and easy summer side dish or dessert! With just a few simple variety of fruits, you can have a delicious and refreshing fruit salad that everyone will love.

Makes 8 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 16 ounces pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups 16 ounces mango chunks
  • 2 cups 16 ounces papaya, diced
  • 2 cups 16 ounces watermelon, cubed
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves finely chopped - optional
  • Chili Lime seasoning optional

Instructions

  • Combine the pineapple, mango, papaya, and watermelon in a large bowl. 
  • Drizzle the lime juice and sprinkle the cilantro over the fruit, and toss everything together with two wooden spoons. 
  • Let sit in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving to let the flavors combine.

    Serve immediately with cilantro and/or chili lime seasoning, if desired.

Store leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
If using fresh limes, you can add a little grated lime zest to the salad for color and flavor.
