- 6 ears of fresh sweet corn husked and silks removed
- 1 cup water
Put the steamer basket insert into your Instant Pot. Add 6 ears of corn in two rows; three on top and three on bottom.
Add a cup of water and seal the lid.
Set to pressure cook for 2 minutes. Remember that it takes some time for the Instant Pot to come up to pressure. A good rule of thumb is about ten minutes, so take that into account in your planning.
Do a quick release when the cook time ends.
Serve with butter, salt or whatever you like!
The actual time it takes to cook corn depends on your ear size, but two minutes is a good rule of thumb.
