- 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 4 ounces Swiss cheese grated
- 1 cup deli corned beef chopped or use leftover corned beef
- ½ cup sauerkraut drained and chopped
- 3 green onions green part only chopped, optional for garnish
To make in the oven
Preheat oven to 350° F. In a large bowl, combine 8 ounce package cream cheese , ½ cup mayonnaise, 2 Tablespoons ketchup, 1 Tablespoon sweet pickle relish, 4 ounces Swiss cheese, 1 cup deli corned beef chopped and ½ cup sauerkraut.
Mix well too combine all the ingredients. Transfer to a greased medium sized casserole dish and spread evenly.
Cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes or until warm and bubbly.
Top with 3 green onions green part only, if desired. Serve with veggies, crackers or tortilla chips.

To make in the slow cooker
Use a 1.5 quart crockpot. Combine ingredients as instructed above. Cook, stirring occasionally, 2-3 hours or until cheese is melted.
