Ingredients

  • 4 bone in pork chops
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Place pork chops in a gallon sized ziptop bag.
  • In a small bowl, combine honey, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine into a marinade. Add marinade to the bagged pork chops and distribute marinade. Place in refrigerator for 3-24 hours.

TO COOK VIA SOUS VIDE

  • Heat sous vide to a temperature of 145 degrees. Once the water is to temperature, add the bagged pork chops and cook for one hour. For added presentation, you may want to grill these for a minute or two on each side, or skip this step and serve!

TO GRILL

  • Grill over medium high heat until pork is cooked to a temperature of 145 degrees F. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

TO BAKE

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange pork chops in an oven safe casserole dish. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until pork registers at a temperature of 145 degrees F. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Farm Girl Tips

To make as a freezer meal: Follow instructions for marinating. Remove excess air and lay flat to freeze. Remember to label your bag so you know what you're cooking!
