Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried sage
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 3-4 pound pork loin

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place pork loin in an oven safe dish or pan, fat side up.
