Chipotle Mayo

Smooth and creamy, Chipotle Mayonnaise is one of my favorite condiments. It's perfect for sandwiches, burgers, or dipping fries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth. Allow to chill for at least 30 minutes.

    Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Refrigeration allows the flavors to meld together and blend.
Chipotle mayo should be store in an airtight container and kept refrigerated.
