Chicken Avocado BLT Wrap

This is a BLT with some extra ingredients to keep you full and to travel well.

Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla wrap plain or flavored
  • 2 T. prepared guacamole
  • 1 baby romaine leaf washed and dried
  • 3 strips cooked bacon
  • ¼ cup precooked chicken
  • 3 T chopped or sliced tomato
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat the tortilla wrap slightly in the microwave for 15 seconds or so. This will make it more pliable.
  • Spread guacamole on inner portion of the tortilla. Do not extend it to the sides
  • Add romaine leaf, bacon, chicken, tomato, and salt & pepper.
  • Fold wrap by folding one end in. Bring both sides in, then complete the roll until all ingredients are enclosed. 
  • Slice diagonally (if desired) and eat!
