Ingredients
½cupavocado mayonnaiseor regular mayonnaise
¼cupGreek yogurt
1½Tablespoonsfresh chiveschopped
1Tablespoonfresh dillchopped
1Tablespoonfresh parsleychopped
¼teaspoonsmoked paprika
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoononion powder
Pinchcayenne pepper
salt and black pepperto taste
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
¼cupbuttermilk
Instructions
To prepare the ranch dressing, combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Buttermilk Substitute: If you don't have buttermilk you can use the following substitution:Measure one tablespoon of distilled vinegar or lemon juice into a measuring cup and add enough milk to complete the one cup. Let sit for 5 minutes before using.If you like a thicker dressing, I suggest you go the Greek yogurt route.I like to store my salad dressing in an air-tight container. A small mason jar with a lid makes it easy to see what's inside and it's easy to pour from. Easy peasy!
