2bunches asparaguswashed and trimmed on end
1Tbsp.olive oil
Salt & pepper
¼cupshredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
On a sheet pan with sides, toss the asparagus with the oil, then season with salt and pepper. Spread in the pan.
Cook until the asparagus is just cooked through and tender, about 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle immediately with parmesan cheese.
