Ingredients
½cupfat free Greek yogurt
¼cupmayonnaise
1Tablespoonapple cider vinegar
1Tablespoonhoney
4cupsbroccoli floretscut into bite sized pieces
2Tablespoonchopped red onion
¼cupdried cranberries
¼cuproasted sunflower seeds
2slicesbaconcooked and crumbled
Instructions
To make the dressing: Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar in a medium sized bowl.
Add the broccoli and red onions to the dressing. Use a large spoon to coat the broccoli in the dressing.
Add the cranberries, sunflower seeds, and bacon. Stir gently to mix.
