1 12ounce.bag of broccoli slaw mix
¼cupfresh parsley leaveschopped
2Tablespoonmayonnaise
1Tablespoonapple cider vinegar
1teaspoonwhole celery seed
Sea salt and black pepperto taste
Instructions
To make the creamy dressing:
In a large mixing bowl, make the dressing by combining mayonnaise, cider vinegar, and celery seed. Stir to combine. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.
To make the broccoli slaw salad
Add broccoli slaw and parsley. Stir to combine all the ingredients.
Serve immediately or place in the refrigerator for a couple hours to chill, if desired.
