🥣 How to Make Easy Dinner Rolls
- Step 1: Activate the Yeast: Place yeast in a small bowl with 1 teaspoon sugar. Add ¼ cup lukewarm water.
Let mixture stand until bubbly. This tells you the yeast is activating and will do its magic.
- Step 2: Place ¼ cup sugar, salt and 2 Tablespoons butter In a large bowl.
Add 1 cup boiling water and stir to dissolve sugar and melt butter. Important: make sure the sugar dissolves, this is your one shot!
