Step 1

season the pork shoulder and sear  for 1-2 minutes on both sides, in batches. Remove from the pot

Step 2

Saute red onion, then deglaze the pan with chicken broth and vinegar.

Step 3

Nestle the seared pork pieces back into the pot and add the lid.

Step 4

Cook for 50 minutes. Remember it takes about 10 minutes for the pot to come to pressure.

Step 5

Shred the meat, return to the pot to absorb the juices and enjoy!!!
