2medium mangospeeled and chopped small
1medium red bell pepperchopped small
½medium red oniondiced small
½medium jalapeñofinely minced
3tablespoonfresh cilantrofinely chopped
2tablespoonfresh lime juice
salt and black pepperto taste
Instructions
Combine mango, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and fresh lime juice in a medium bowl. Season with salt and black pepper and stir to combine.
