Ingredients
1.5 lbsbeef stew meat, round steak or sirloin steakcut into ½ inch strips
1onionsliced
2tablespoonbutter
2teaspoonminced garlic
8ouncessliced mushrooms
1cupbeef broth
2tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
1cupsour creamfor serving time
1tablespoonDijon mustard
12ouncesegg noodlesfor serving time
Instructions
Add the meat, onion, butter, garlic, mushrooms, broth, Worcestershire, salt, pepper into a crock pot. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Add the sour cream and mustard. Stir well to incorporate.
Serve over cooked egg noodles.
