3celery stalks, chopped (leafy greens included if you have them)
½onion, diced
1teaspoonminced garlic
2lbsbone-in chicken breast
1lemon, juiced
1cuporzo
salt

Instructions
Place carrots, celery, onion and garlic in a large slow cooker.
Season chicken generously with salt & pepper. Add to slow cooker.
Add water to slow cooker until it is almost full. Cook on low for 4-5 hours until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Remove chicken breasts to a plate and let cool slightly. Meanwhile, taste soup for seasoning. Add salt (it will need a good amount) and pepper to taste.
Add orzo and increase heat to high. Replace cover.
When chicken is cool enough to handle, remove the bones and skin and discard them. Shred or chop the chicken and return to the slow cooker.
When orzo is fully cooked (about 40 minutes), add the juice of one lemon. Enjoy!
