A french toast bake with cream cheese, savory bread and zesty orange marmalade

Ingredients
12slicesraisin bread
3ouncescream cheesesoftened
½cuporange marmalade
6eggs
1.5cupsmilk
1teaspoonvanilla
Instructions
Spray a 13 x 9 inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Spread cream cheese on 6 slices of raisin bread. Spread orange marmalade on top of cream cheese. Lay the six slices of coated bread into the casserole dish. Top with remaining six slices of bread.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk and vanilla. Beat with a whisk to combine, then pour the egg and milk mixture over the bread.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
To Bake
Remove the casserole 30-60 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes until eggs are set and bread is golden brown.
