Instructions
In a small bowl, combine all spices and stir to mix.
In a large pot or skillet, brown ground beef over medium high heat, breaking up with a spoon. Drain excess fat.
Add spice blend to meet mixture, stir to incorporate. Add water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10-15 minutes until most of the water is evaporated.
Use immediately or break into 3 portions and freeze in labeled quart sized freezer bags.
