In a bowl, combine ground turkey, salt, pepper and McCormick® ground sage. Using hands gently combine ingredients, forming into 5-6 burgers
Heat grill or skillet over medium high heat. Add turkey burgers and cook for 3-5 minutes on eat side or until cooked through at a internal temperature of 165 degrees.
In the meantime, combine mayonnaise and cranberry sauce. Whisk together to make a spread. Serve burgers with cranberry mayo and spring greens on buns.

Prepare a gallon sized freezer bag by labeling. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, salt and pepper and McCormick® Ground Sage. Using hands gently combine ingredients, forming into 5-6 burgers.
