A simple and elegant Spice Rubbed Pork Loin, perfect for a special occasion or Sunday dinner.

Ingredients

kosher salt
1
teaspoon
ground black pepper
½
teaspoon
dried sage
½
teaspoon
dried rosemary
½
teaspoon
dried thyme

pork loin
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place pork loin in a 13x9 roasting dish or ovenproof pan, fat side up.
Combine spices, then rub mixture into the top of the pork loin. Place in oven and cook for 25 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees, about 35 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
