Instructions
Put the steamer basket insert into your Instant Pot. Add 6 ears of corn in two rows; three on top and three on bottom.
Add a cup of water and seal the lid.
Set to pressure cook for 2 minutes. Remember that it takes some time for the Instant Pot to come up to pressure. A good rule of thumb is about ten minutes, so take that into account in your planning.
Do a quick release when the cook time ends.
