This tasty Keto Cobb Salad is low carb and served up with a homemade ranch dressing that will have you dipping everything within reach!

Ingredients
Ranch Dressing Ingredients:
½cupAvocado mayonnaiseor regular mayonnaise
¼cupGreek yogurt
1½tablespoonfresh chiveschopped
1Tbps fresh dillchopped
1tablespoonfresh parsleychopped
¼teaspoonsmoked paprika
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoononion powder
Pinchcayenne pepper
salt and black pepperto taste
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
¼cupbuttermilk
Salad Ingredients:
1large head Romaine lettucewashed and chopped
4strips thick-cut baconcooked crispy
4hard-boiled eggssliced
¾lbs.rotisserie style cooked chicken breastsliced
1large avocadosliced
1medium cucumberpeeled and cut into half-rounds
3oz.blue cheese
1tablespoonfresh chiveschopped
1large limecut into 8 wedges
Instructions
To prepare the ranch dressing, combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
To prepare the salad, divide the Romaine lettuce among four serving bowls and top each bowl with equal amounts of bacon, hard-boiled egg, chicken breast, avocado, cucumber, and blue cheese. Top with the fresh chives and serve immediately with the ranch dressing and/or fresh lime wedges on the side.
Tip: For best results, prepare the ranch dressing the night before to give the flavors a chance to develop.No buttermilk? Make your own! Use ¾ of a teaspoon of lemon juice, then add enough milk to fill a ¼ cup. Allow to stand for 5 minutesTo substitute dried spices for fresh, use half the amount.
