Honey Dijon Pork Chops are flavorful, delicious, and oh-so versatile! Make them using sous vide, grill them on your patio, or bake them in your oven.

Ingredients
4bone in pork chops
¼cuphoney
¼cupDijon mustard
1TablespoonWorcestershire sauce
Instructions
Place pork chops in a gallon sized ziptop bag.
In a small bowl, combine honey, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine into a marinade. Add marinade to the bagged pork chops and distribute marinade. Place in refrigerator for 3-24 hours.
TO COOK VIA SOUS VIDE
Heat sous vide to a temperature of 145 degrees. Once the water is to temperature, add the bagged pork chops and cook for one hour. For added presentation, you may want to grill these for a minute or two on each side, or skip this step and serve!
TO GRILL
Grill over medium high heat until pork is cooked to a temperature of 145 degrees F. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
TO BAKE
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange pork chops in an oven safe casserole dish. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until pork registers at a temperature of 145 degrees F. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
To make as a freezer meal: Follow instructions for marinating. Remove excess air and lay flat to freeze. Remember to label your bag so you know what you're cooking!
