Transform your leftover corned beef into a warm and hearty batch of Slow Cooker Reuben Dip! It's simple to make and even tastier to eat!

Ingredients
1 8
ounce
package cream cheese
softened
½
cup
mayonnaise
2
tablespoon
ketchup
1
tablespoon
pickle relish
2
cups
Swiss cheese
grated
1
cup
leftover corned beef
chopped
½
cup
sauerkraut
drained and chopped
1
package cocktail bread such as rye or pumpernickel
3
green onions
green part only, chopped, optional
Instructions
To make in the Slow Cooker or Crockpot
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT BREAD in a 1.5 quart crockpot.
Cook, stirring occasionally, 2-3 hours or until cheese is melted.
Top with chopped green onions if desired for color.
Serve on cocktail bread and enjoy!
To make in the oven
Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT BREAD in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
Pour into a greased medium sized casserole dish and cook, covered with foil, for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
