Using the sauté' setting on your Instant Pot, cook the ground beef, garlic, and onion. Drain the fat and return to your pot. Add garlic, spaghetti noodles (broken in half), spaghetti sauce, and 25 ounces of water.
Cook on manual setting for 10 minutes, then let it naturally release (this just means leave it alone) for 10 minutes after the cook time is completed.
