Making a weekly family meal plan is one of my favorite things to do. You can use our weekly meal plan for YOUR family with zero effort!
Most of the time, I don't plan meals for specific days. Our schedules are crazy and we rarely stick to them. So these meals plans are flexible.
Also, I only plan for four or five meals each week so I can cut down on overbuying at the grocery store. I extremely dislike throwing away food because it didn't serve its intended purpose.
So the other two days are for leftovers, eating out, or winging it with a pantry meal.
Weekly Family Meal Plan
Day 1: Cook my Pork Roast with Sauerkraut in the slow cooker. Pair this with Bavarian Potato Salad (German Potato Salad or Low Carb Cauliflower Mash for a delicious meal!
Day 2 - 20 Minute Keto Egg Roll in a Bowl is a low carb meal the whole family can enjoy, plus it's a one pan meal which means fewer dishes - woo hoo!!

Day 3 - Chicken Fajita Soup - This can be made fresh or as a freezer meal and in a crockpot or Instant Pot! Serve with chips and salsa or Cilantro Lime Brown Rice for a complete meal.
Day 4 - Healthy Chicken Cordon Bleu is so easy to make and our kids absolutely love it! If you're not a fan of Swiss cheese, use provolone instead. Serve this up with Oven Roasted Broccoli with Garlic and Parmesan
Day 5 - Instant Pot Butternut Squash Bisque is easy to make using frozen or fresh cut butternut squash. I like to serve this with a simple salad.
