Guacamole Recipe without cilantro

if seeing cilantro makes you shutter (or think of dish soap), this guacamole recipe is for you!

– 2 large ripe avocados, pitted – 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced – 3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice – ½ medium jalapeño, finely diced

Add ripe avocados to a small or medium sized bowl. You can tell they're ripe if you gently press with your finger, or if the stem end falls off easily.

Give them a gentle mash. A fork or even a potato masher works best. If you want it chunky, mash less. Want a creamy guacamole? Mash a bit more!

Add in the tomatoes, jalapeno and a little fresh lime juice. Gently stir to combine everything.

Grab your bag of tortilla chips and get it ready...we're just about there!!! If your mouth watering yet?

Taste for seasoning.   Add additional lime juice and/or salt as needed. Transfer to a serving bowl and get ready for dipping!
