I’m writing about quick and easy flatbread pizzas today, because busy people need easy dinner solutions.
I’m sharing these because I’m pretty confident you’ll want to add them to your weekly grocery list. Who knew such a simple, inexpensive ingredient could save dinner time and time again?
You’ll need a two-pack of flatbread pizza crust, or a package of naan works just as great.
Top with some pizza sauce, pre-shredded mozzarella, and choice of toppings for an easy, family friendly dinner. Add a side salad and you’ve got dinner on the table in a matter of minutes!
This isn’t so much a recipe, but I’ll include it, just in case you want to print it out. You pick what you want on your pizza; I’m merely making suggestions of easy toppings.
- 2 flatbread pizza crusts, or naan
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- your choice of toppings - pepperoni, olives, mushrooms, peppers, etc.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place flatbread crusts on a cookie sheet. Top with pizza sauce, cheese and desired toppings. Cook in oven 4-5 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Slice and enjoy!
