    Easy Pantry Meals

Published: Mar 26, 2020 · Modified: Mar 25, 2022 by Deanne Frieders · This post may contain affiliate links · Leave a Comment

When you can't make it to the grocery store, these easy pantry meals will be an enormous help. I like to call them pantry raid recipes!

Now, I'm not talking about things you can only find in your pantry. I think that would be like military MRE's. But this is using things you may have in your refrigerator, freezer AND pantry and putting them to use!

    Breakfast Recipes with Pantry Staples

Freezer Breakfast Burritos are something we love to make. Using eggs and whatever meat you have - bacon, sausage, hamburger and even vegetables, you can whip these up in no time!

Egg McMuffin Breakfast Sandwiches - yes, we're talking about the classic breakfast sandwich with a cooked egg, English muffin and cheese. Add a sausage patty or cooked bacon if you'd like.

Mini Blueberry Muffins use pantry baking supplies plus fresh or frozen blueberries.

    Cottage Cheese Pancakes

This easy Baked Frittata recipe has substitution ideas, so you can use whatever you have on hand!

Cherry Baked Oatmeal Squares - dried fruit is our friend in this easy recipe. Don't have cherries? Use any dried fruit like cranberries, blueberries, mango and more.

    Dinner Recipes with Pantry Staples

Here are some of my dinner recipes with pantry staples!

Homemade Taco Seasoning - you already have the seasonings you need to make taco seasoning in your spice cabinet. Why not make a jar of your own taco seasoning and skip the packets?

Batch Taco Meat - while you're at it, make a big batch of tacos. YOu can use it for burritos, taco bowls, tacos, taco pizza. You get the idea but point is, this is one of those pantry and freezer meal recipes with lots of possibilities.

    Instant Pot Shredded Chicken

Easy Spinach Tortellini Soup - only a handful of ingredients go into this comforting and flavorful soup!

Old Fashioned Tuna Noodle Casserole - this is truly a pantry recipe with the exception of milk.

Speaking of milk, I just made a batch of milk to get us by using powdered instant dry milk. Back in the days of the 70's blizzards, my Mom used to do the same.

I'm wondering if our family will notice???

Instant Pot Spaghetti can be made with ground beef, spaghetti and jarred pasta sauce. Easy peasy!

    Bacon Quesadillas

Taco Quesadillas - If tacos and quesadillas had a baby, they’d totally be these taco quesadillas! These beef quesadillas are perfect for on the go eating or at home, too. Serve them up with some vegetarian refried beans!

Black Bean Tacos is a quick & healthy Black Bean Taco recipe topped with flavorful homemade guacamole. Change up Taco Tuesday with gluten free and vegetarian black bean tacos!!

    Creamy Potato Soup

    Minestrone Soup

Tuna Pasta Casserole - this is a Mediterranean spin on tuna casserole, with canned tuna, marinara sauce and penne pasta. It's ready on the table in 25 minutes!

Slow Cooker Brown Rice - A recipe for slow cooker brown rice may not sound glamorous, but I’m about to tell you why this is going to change your dinner game plan!

One Pot Chili Mac and Cheese is a ground beef skillet meal the whole family enjoys! Even better, this easy chili mac skillet recipe is ready in 30 minutes, or you can make Instant Pot Chili Mac!

Crockpot Sausage and Peppers If you’re looking for a simple, tasty recipe you’ve got to check out this Crockpot Sausage and Peppers recipe! Perfect for parties and get togethers, a warm and hearty supper at home, and even a field meal!

Keto Cauliflower Fried Rice - quite possibly even better than the take out stuff! Our entire family adores this low carb, healthy side dish!

    Old Fashioned Baked Beans

Greek Chicken Salad is chocked full of flavor and has no mayonnaise, making it a lighter and healthier version of chicken salad. Kalamata olives and diced red onion pair with cooked chicken breast, making this a delicious lunch!

    Pantry Snacks and Desserts

Better Than Sex Brownies - Believe me when I call these Better Than Sex Brownies because – they are! A spin on the traditional caramel turtle brownies with two kinds of chocolate, chopped nuts, and a gooey caramel sauce will have you going back for more!

Best Chocolate Peanut Butter Scotcheroo Bars This decadent dessert is a delicious marriage of peanut butter rice krispie treat, topped with a blend of melted chocolate and butterscotch chips.

    made with love, Deanne
