    Cooking Items I Love

Published: Dec 5, 2017 · Modified: Mar 29, 2018 by Deanne Frieders · This post may contain affiliate links · Leave a Comment

This is a list of cooking items I love, all in one place. These are resources I find helpful in our household – cookbooks I love, kitchen and home gadgets that make life easier, and some things are random things I happen to really, really like!

    Kitchen Gadgets, Tools & Stuff

I have several mini measuring cups on hand - perfect for measuring oil and other liquids by the ounce of tablespoon. No worries about shaky hands, either!

I keep a roll of freezer tape in my kitchen junk drawer. (Yes, I have one - don't you?!?) It's great for labeling leftovers, frozen meals, broths, soups and other things you don't want forgotten.

    Cookbooks

If you've been following me at all, you know I always (ALWAYS!) have a freezer full of meals. Volumes 1 and 2 are in the things I love because the recipes can be easily make, one dish at a time. I recommend the asparagus frittata - it's a great way to stretch the budget and feed your hungry family!

Am I a vegetarian? No. Do I love this cookbook? Yes!!! Whether you're trying to incorporate Meatless Monday or just shake things up in the kitchen a bit, this vegetarian cookbook has delicious salads, side dishes and main dishes that will please vegetarians and meat eaters alike.

Even if you're not following the Whole30 plan, this cookbook has delicious, low carb and veggie rich recipes! If you're not sure if it's for you, check it out from your local library!  I have this book plus the Whole30 Cookbook.

I can't help but share the cooking items I love. They make life so much easier!

What things do you find helpful in your kitchen, cooking and prep?

    Made with love,
